Terms of Service
These terms govern merchant use of the PulpoAR Virtual Try-On Shopify app, including billing, storefront setup, support expectations, and data lifecycle behavior.
Service scope
PulpoAR Virtual Try-On provides Shopify merchants with tools to configure billing, sync supported products and variants, enable storefront virtual try-on experiences, and manage related analytics and operational settings.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, trials, and recurring charges are managed through Shopify billing approval flows. Merchants are responsible for selecting the plan that matches their intended use and for approving any recurring charges shown during the billing flow.
Acceptable use
Merchants must use the app only for lawful business purposes and only in ways that are compatible with Shopify platform rules, storefront disclosure requirements, and PulpoAR plan entitlements. Merchants should not use the app to misrepresent virtual try-on content or to enable unsupported storefront flows.
Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate store information during installation and setup.
- Enable the required theme app embed or app block before storefront testing.
- Ensure synced products belong to supported categories for the selected plan.
- Provide any customer-facing notices required for storefront camera use.
Uninstall and data deletion
App uninstall deactivates the merchant shop record so reinstall can resume with the prior billing and integration state. Shopify shop/redact requests trigger hard deletion of shop-owned records and associated PulpoAR project data, subject to any minimal anti-abuse retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
PulpoAR may update app features, supported category coverage, billing presentation, or operational requirements over time. Merchants should review plan details and setup guidance before enabling new storefront experiences.
Termination
Merchants can uninstall the app through Shopify Admin. Uninstall deactivates app access while preserving continuity for reinstall. Shopify shop/redact requests are treated as hard deletion events. PulpoAR may also suspend or limit access if use of the service violates these terms, platform requirements, or applicable law.
